When you sign up as a participating Locify business, we will help you communicate to your existing loyalty members that you are moving to a new loyalty system. This will give them time to continue using the current system for a short period to finish up their current points balance before signing up to Locify.
We provide ample training and resources from the start to give your team all the confidence in signing up members and encouraging in-store spend to earn more points. A good tip is to have them sign themselves up to Locify to experience it first-hand before they teach members how to join or earn.
